Start the day fresh and well-rested and strengthen yourself at the breakfast buffet with daily home-baked farmer’s bread, a muesli corner, various kinds of yoghurt, regional sausage and cheese specialties, sausages and bacon, and warm egg dishes– you decide how your day starts.
As part of our half-board we offer you a 4-course dinner menu with a choice of main course or fondue evenings, theme evening, organic dishes, children’s menus – please let us know if you have any special requests or food intolerances. We’ll be happy to prepare a fitting menu for you from a light balanced diet to vegan cuisine to lactose intolerance.
What about something sweet to cap off your meal? Our chef Jessi Pircher pampers the sweet tooth with sweet delights from our region. The best comes last.
Crown your holiday with “award-winning” culinary delights from our daughter Jessica. She successfully achieved the golden merit badge for cooks 2010 and won the GOLD MEDAL at the Austrian national competition in 2011. Her culinary art, comprising of the 4-course half-board with fresh natural products and high-quality ingredients, amazes our guests. Often forgotten, traditional recipes are recreated and refined into gourmet menus. Her versatile creations are made with lots of love.
